A faster optional method can be used on request, Aust Post. EXPRESS POST next business day delivery (no extra charge).

How long is it from placing an order to receiving the item.

Usually between 2 to 7 days , depending where you are located in Australia.

What if I want to return my stick , if I change my mind or if the stick is defective.(see return/refund policy for more details)

If you are not completely satisfied you can return your stick to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
The stick needs to be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.
the return postage costs will be at your expense.

What if the stick is faulty.

We will replace or refund faulty goods. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery of the goods and return the stick to us , with the original packaging and receipt.
