AUSTPOST PARCEL SERVICES can charge by weight and include a padded envelope Satchel or a carton for larger quantities and we include relevant paperwork (invoice/receipt). Our charge per order (over $35.00) is fixed at $13.95  & includes packing & postage Orders under $35.00 (accessories etc.) Pack & Post is $4.00 & Regular Post is used.charges include GST .
Usually you will reseive your order within 2 to 7 working days after order is despatched from our warehouse depending on your location in Australia.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control after goods leave our warehouse but from experience delays are rare.

You can cancel your order for any item purchased within 7 days for a refund , if you change your mind.
To cancel you can e-mail us at , support@swankywalkingsticks.com.au , or return your stick to, Swanky Walking Sticks, PO Box 34,ROSEBERY, NSW,1445 AUSTRALIA  ,within 7 days of delivery of your item quoting your order no. (shown on invoice/receipt)
You must not open the package or remove the labels . Item should be returned in the original packaging and with the receipt or a copy of the receipt.
We will refund the cost of the stick but postage costs will not be refunded .
We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or if they should get lost in the post.


Backorder Policy

If it is necessary to back order we will notify you with the option of choosing an alternative stick design, obtaining a refund , or placing you on back order with an estimate of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Goods Policy

We guarantee to replace or refund faulty goods.
Just notify us with 30 days of delivery .
