The stick needs to be returned in unused condition in its original packaging.
The return or additional postage costs will be at your expense.

We guarantee to replace or refund  any stick that is faulty within a period of 30 days, swankywalkingsticks.com.au, needs to be notified ,FIRST by e-mail , support@swankywalkingsticks.com.au, or phone 0427663103 ,within 30 days of the original delivery of any problems and the item returned in the original packaging together with the original swankywakingsticks receipt(or copy) . The return postage cost will be at your expense. 

We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post . Please re-use the original packaging, if possible, when returning items, otherwise please ensure that goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the Post Office for loss or damage if this should occur.
